What sets Magnet Booth apart?

Unlike traditional photo booths that print disposable paper strips, we press high-gloss, physical metal magnets live on-site while guests enjoy the event. Guests can strike a pose for their latest photo or can upload old photos straight from their smartphones via our instant QR code portal—leaving your event with a premium keepsake that 'clings' with them for years.

Do guests need to download an app?

Not at all! Guests simply point their phone camera at our tabletop QR code to open our web portal instantly in their browser. They can upload candid photos directly from their camera roll, crop their shot, and send it to our live printing queue without downloading anything.

Can we customize the magnet design with our branding?

What space and power requirements do you need?

We keep our physical footprint sleek and minimal. We just require a standard 6 ft table area, flat ground, and access to a regular 120V power outlet within 15 feet. We handle complete delivery, setup, and teardown 60–90 minutes prior to your event start time so everything runs seamlessly.

How is guest privacy and photo data handled?

Guest privacy is paramount. Our instant QR upload portal is securely encrypted and used strictly for queuing live print jobs during your booking. Photos are never sold or shared with third parties, and all photos are deleted following the event.

What areas in BC do you service?

We are based in Port Coquitlam and proudly serve the entire Metro Vancouver region and Lower Mainland—including Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Coquitlam, Langley, and surrounding areas. Travel options across BC are also available upon request.
